Material Characteristics:
Pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) is made of high-purity silicon carbide (SiC) micropowder as raw material. After forming by dry pressing, slip casting or isostatic pressing, densification sintering is conducted in a high-temperature furnace under atmospheric pressure and inert gas protection at a sintering temperature of about 2100-2200℃. This process can produce high-performance ceramics with a theoretical density of over 98%, uniform microstructure and no free silicon residue. The product features extremely high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and wear resistance, and is widely used in industrial kilns, electronic materials, semiconductors and other industries.

Pressureless sintered silicon carbide (S-SiC) burner sleeves are manufactured by cold isostatic pressing combined with high-temperature pressureless sintering, or high-precision thin-walled tube blanks are produced by extrusion molding and then densified through sintering. This design ensures uniform density on both inner and outer walls, excellent roundness and consistent wall thickness. Resistant to cracking and spalling, S-SiC burner sleeves deliver high thermal shock stability and long service life under direct high-temperature flame erosion, corrosive gas atmosphere and frequent start-stop thermal cycles, serving as essential protective and flow guiding components for flame outlets of industrial burners.

Bulk density ≥ 3.10 g/cm³, apparent porosity < 0.1%, cold bending strength ≥ 400 MPa, maximum service temperature 1650℃.
Product Dimensions:
Standard S-SiC burner sleeves feature diameters from 30mm to 155mm, heights from 100mm to 550mm and wall thicknesses from 3mm to 7mm. Secondary processing is available, including inner hole precision grinding, outer circle finishing, end chamfering, positioning step machining, flange surface processing and radial drilling. Product Applications:
S-SiC burner sleeves are widely applied as gas burner protection sleeves for industrial kilns and heat treatment furnaces, flame guide tubes for waste incinerators and hazardous waste treatment furnaces, high-speed burner liners for steel heating furnaces, high-temperature gas inlet sleeves for chemical reactors, and auxiliary burner flame outlets for ceramic and glass melting furnaces.
